Check the complete vehicle system
Begin with the existing vehicle, not a replacement battery advertisement. Record the controller and charger labels and photograph the battery compartment with a scale. Include connector orientation and room for removing the pack. A pack that fits the empty compartment may still obstruct the seat latch or service access.
Define the operating day
Describe a normal route and the most demanding route separately. Include riders, cargo, hills and charging stops. Ask the supplier to state the assumptions behind any runtime estimate; do not treat a headline kilometre figure as a fleet commitment.
Separate conversion from swapping
A removable pack is not automatically compatible with a swap station. Agree the mechanical interface, locking arrangement, electrical connection and data exchange with the integration partner. GOTION JTM welcomes project discussions; this page does not offer an existing operating swap network.

Ask each supplier to identify the exact proposed configuration, the evidence supporting its stated specifications, exclusions, and the information still needed from you. Keep reference photographs separate from approved product drawings. Agree how a sample will be evaluated before a production order.
